Is there a warranty on the repair?
Yes, with every repair we offer a 60 day warranty. If the appliance stops working because of the same problem, we will not charge another service call to come back out.
Why do I have to dry the same load 2-3 times?
If there is heat inside the dryer, then it is possible that the airflow is blocked or restricted. You might want to have your ductwork checked.
